We purchased a new spa from Paradise a few years back and payed to have it delivered and installed. They kept postponing the delivery date for one excuse or another and then when we complained the lady on the phone got made at us for complaining. Now I need service on the spa so I call but get a young girl who had no clue about anything. She told me that the tech was out to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. After 2 days of waiting I diagnosed the problem myself and called back for parts. I was told that they would have to look it up and that it might take a few days due to the manufacturer changes the log in to the website. I then gave the guy the factory part number as I was on said website but he was still unable to check his stock at that time. Two weeks later Sandy called me to tell me that they were ordering the part I needed and as soon as it got in they would in turn send it to me. I asked Sandy why it took so long to call me back to which she had no response. The part I needed was available online and I called San Diego Spa Sales. They gave me a great price and instructions on how to install it and I had it in hand two days later. When I told Sandy at Paradise that their customer service was very poor she just said«well I guess we need to work on it». Not once did she offer up an apology or a reason why it took two weeks just to return my call. Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will spread the word about their horrible service!!!
