In town for a couple of recreational rides. We reserved road bikes and they were so friendly and professional. Spencer, in particular, really took care of us. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We brought our bikes back early and they gave us credit back. Highly recommended to out of town folks.

I am currently in Utah, biking across the country from Florida to California, and have stopped at many bike shops across the country. Red Rock is undoubtedly the best I have been to. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is your best bet if you are in the area!

I have been a Red Rock customer for several years and have always receive great service from Ryan and everyone in sales and service. Dominic in service just fixed me up for another year. I ride some 10 miles a day for exercise as it is low impact for an old guy like me. My bike has had major repairs due to the many miles I ride and I am thankful for their keeping me on the road and for how quickly they get me back out after maintenance need. They do it all from competition to casual riders. There are several shops but, I feel, this is the best for location, service, and equipment.

St George, UT
Best bike shop I’ve been to. Best in southern Utah. Location is awesome and the store is really neat. Specialized is their big seller, if you want cannondale or trek go to bicycles unlimited up the street. Sadly the only Giant dealer was Sunset Cycles and was super sketchy and now defunct. I’ll have to say red rock is the best though.

Had to get a spoke replaced and I forgot my spoke wrench. They had ti fixed in a couple of hours the same day. They are more on the spendy side, as there are only a couple of shops in the area, but great customer service. I have been there a few times now. Great shop.

Finished a SW tour, wad catching the greyhound back to my car in Flagstaff.
Not only did they give me boxes for my bike, the owner gave me a lift in his truck all the way back to the station, bike, panniers and boxes in tow.

Red Rock Bicycle Co is the best. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sport of cycling. Great equipment, apparel, advice and service. The service department is top notch, quickly repair problems in a highly professional manner. Service will often times make you aware of pending problems without the high pressure that you feel you are being «sold». RR knows the biking community in St. George, plays an active part. Their pricing is fair and competitive. Ryan runs a great shop and his staff is first rate.

Red Rock Bicycle Company is awesome. Judd was totally knowledgeable and helped me and my husband pick out the perfect bikes for us. He helped us size our bikes, fit our needs exactly and let us try out the ones he had picked out for us and they were a perfect fit.
In addition, he was super helpful with giving us information on bike racks and who to contact for doing custom hitches.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to learn about getting my first bike as an adult and making sure it fit exactly what I wanted and needed without feeling like I was being pressured into something I didn’t want.
Here I am 2 months later and I couldn’t be happier. We paid a little more for our bikes but I absolutely believe in the quality of the product. I’m excited to go back and use my 10% discount (that customer receive for buying bikes there) on accessories.
