Took the shuffle from Las Vegas airport to St. George. Drivers was named Alfie. He was very professional, friendly and appreciative of our business. Vans were clean and not crowded. Ran on time. Will use it time and time again!

35 minutes late. Missed dinner reservations for my girlfriends birthday. No apologies. Great way to spend a Friday night.

I needed a last minute shuttle to Las Vegas. St George Shuttle was very accommodating. I called, made an appointment and two hours later was on my way to Vegas. The ride was comfortable and roomy.

We sat in 100 degree plus Vegas heat waiting for driver who was 25 minutes late.(Said he needed to get gas — «you wouldn’t want me to run out of gas would you?») Then crammed way too many people into a van with 6 inches of leg room between seats. I literally could not move for several hours on the ride to St George. I would not recommend this service.

I’ve taken the shuttle to and from Salt Lake City back to St. George at least a dozen times over the last two years. I would rate it five stars if not for one driver who was kind of a dink. Other than that one time(and it wasn’t really that big of a deal) I’ve enjoyed not having to drive myself. Here are a few tips: 1) If you’re a bigger guy like me(6’3″, 250lb), or if the idea of being smooshed in the back makes you squirm, I strongly recommend paying the five dollar fee to upgrade to the front seat. It’s not always available because there is only one and it’s a hot commodity, but if you have the chance, do it. Best five bucks you’ll ever spend. 2) If possible, don’t travel on weekends. I know, I know, but if you can come home early Monday morning instead of Sunday night, you’ll likely have the entire row of seats to yourself and can lay down and sleep. 3) If you have issues, the owners name is CJ Wade, and he’ll be Johnny on the spot to fix your problem. Customer service people only do what they are told to do and oftentimes can’t read a situation that requires a little more sensitivity/empathy/“customer is always right” type of mentality. I’ve found CJ to be fair and helpful with any issues I’ve had. 4) Others have said it, but I’ll say it again: Tip your driver if he/she does a good job. They are just like anyone else in the service industry and most of their income is dependent on gratuities. And that’s it. St. George Shuttle is a great service and I recommend them 100%.

I booked a shuttle from Las Vegas to St. George last week and have to say it was the most uncomfortable ride EVER. First, it was 110 degrees and we sat in the hot van while the driver loaded the luggage for the next 15 minutes — very hard to breathe with no air and no windows. We left 15 minutes late from the airport. The legroom is non existent and makes the airline seats feel luxurious. Then the air conditioning broke because the van over heated. Meanwhile, the driver repeated several times«uh oh, not good, we’re overheating badly, these vans tend to do this» as the passengers sweltered and hoped we would make it through the gorge. We had no choice but to deal with it because getting stuck in the heat in construction on a single lane road(with no help able to get through if we did break down) sounded slightly slightly worse than the suffocating heat in the van. All the while, the gas gauge beeped on near empty, again with the promise by the driver that«I think we’ll be ok». A terrible experience frankly. Oh and I learned a lot about the driver’s personal life from the chatter in the van, i.e. religion, marriages, gun preferences, children, career, home life, etc. For the ride home(paid in advance and non refundable) I’ll bring headphones.

customer service rude and arrogant was told today that I lost a hundred and twenty five dollars worth of credit because I didn’t call at a specific time to confirm??? WTF. offers no apologies and belittles me the customer for not reading the tiny fine print. Bad news crew because anytime I have dealings with them it is bad news

BEWARE!!! My husband’s flight was supposed to arrive at 10:30 pm and he was scheduled to take the 11:30 pm shuttle. His flight was delayed and wouldn’t land until 11:23 pm. They would not wait, which is understandable, but they WOULDNOTREFUNDHISMONEY, NOTEVEN A CREDITFOR A LATERTIME. The 11:30 pm shuttle is the last one until 6 am the next morning. «We’ll waive the $ 5 change fee and rebook him on the 6 am shuttle» Oh how generous of you guys! So he’s supposed to sleep at the airport in an uncomfortable chair? His dad will pick him up instead and we lose money. RIDICULOUS and TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE.

I’ve used these guys several times getting to and from McCarran(LAS). Fast, safe, cheap. Very nice staff, clean comfortable vans. Best way to get to souther Utah from Vegas. The go all the way to SLC but I’ve never needed it; and south to Anaheim, CA. Only $ 39(one way). Book ahead of time online.

I booked a ride last minute from Orem to St. George. They picked me up within 5 minutes of scheduled pick up time and I arrived 25 minutes early in St. George. Their Mercedes Sprinter Vans are very comfortable. They are tall enough to stand up in. The wifi worked for me but some others had problems connecting. This was my first ride with them and I’m sure I’ll use their service again.
