Food was tasty but average I had the lean and mean burger. The burger was smaller the the bun very disappointing. Rest of the family had the pastas and like them also portions size for the pastas was right on unless u r a 19 year old eating machine. Wold come again. The atmosphere was unique but dim.

Love the healthy concept of this place. The mean burger was really good. I wish they had a tier system for delivery based on how far you are… I am right by them at work and would love to order lunch sometimes, but by myself I won’t order $ 20.

There are not enough adjectives to describe this precious café. Abundant outdoor seating, friendly employees, and food prepped according to your order delivered to your table by the owner. Very healthy without deliciousness lost in the endeavor. You cannot be disappointed!

Food was good not great. Didn’t seem as healthy as I was expecting. Definitely not something you would be craving but leaves you satisfied.

good options for something different than the standard chains that pepper St. George. Good to go– took a little while, but that’s okay. Tucked back and a nice outdoor seating area by a fountain. For someone who is gluten free, I would think this would be an amazing find. Good vegetarian stuff too…

This place is great for lunch. I had one of the bowls & it was full of veggies, chicken & quinoa. Quite a busy place & I understand they just got their beer & wine license. Unlike any other place in downtown St. George. Love their menu.

Thanks for the reviews. Great find on a long road trip. Had the southwest avocado hummus flatbread &black bean Burger. Both were delicious. Got a salad to go because everything sounded so yummy. Also grabbed some mousse and a brownie, to go. Can’t stop. Won’t stop. The brownie was so good, we’re still considering getting a 2nd before we leave. Thanks Twisted Noodle, for being yummy!

This one of the best places for healthy eating in St. George. The food is fresh and healthy. If you are Vegan or gluten free, then this is the place for you. You can even get a healthy burger. Their pasta dishes are excellent and you can even get whole wheat.

This place was pretty good. Went there for lunch with a couple of business associates. Food was tasty, my main complaint and reason for 3 stars is that portions are almost ridiculously small for what they charge. If half a bowl of noodles for about 10 bucks is what you’re looking for, then this place is good. If you’re hungry, I would go somewhere else. If you eat small portions and care more about flavors, you’ll likely appreciate this place. I had the sausage and spinach noodle bowl. I would probably return if the same meal was around $ 5 – 6 rather than $ 9.50.

This restaurant in Central St. George has numerous selections of pasta and burgers. There are many choices for vegetarians and those with restricted diets. The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly.

Really versatile restaurant with something for everybody. Lots of pasta/flatbread/burrito/burger options– went in with a large group and every one had something different. I tried the Quinoa burrito, which was fantastic and had lots of avocado! The southwest chicken flatbread was also great and had hummus, corn, black beans, and avocado, which worked really well together. We also tried the pomegranate chia seed lemonade which was super good, but a little sweet. Overall I felt like the food was super reasonably priced, healthy, and delicious.

When people see a fatty like me, chances are they would peg me more for a McDonald’s who would shun a place like this like a vampire shuns the sun. However, I love it here! There is a lot of variety and the food is quite delicious. Their chicken chili has a ton of flavor, their burger tastes great, as does their chicken Alfredo and everything else I’ve tried on the menu. I could eat there every meal of the day and be satisfied with the food and the variety.

Yummy noodles! More of an American take on noodles. A little to oily and salty for me, but overall good tasting. And a nice ambiance for lunch. Service is fast! Parking was easy. The portion sizes are generous.

I love this place!!! Did I mention I love this place!!! And I am not big on what is considered more of a health food place. I went with a business associate and have been back many times since. Now my wife loves it!!! Asian noodle bowl and Asian salad are my favorites. The noodle bowl comes with chicken. The salad doesn’t but you can add it. I suggest the salad alone, not because the chicken is bad, but because the salad is that good!

Fantastic support for vegan and gluten free diets, combined with wholesome menu choices and very knowledgeable staff make eating here a joyful experience. The very friendly attitudes made this the best place I ate a meal during a week long trip to Utah. I mentioned soy sauce when placing my order and the young lady knew already that their soy sauce is gluten free. They have GF pasta and bread which they will happily substitute on request. This is a wonderful place for people with celiac disease. The menu choices are big on nutrition too, so a good spot for those who want healthy eating at the speed of fast food spot. Very highly recommended with no hesitation at all!

Was traveling through St George and wanted a healthy(asked low carb) place to eat dinner. After reading the Unilocal reviews for this place, we drove over. The staff was extremely friendly, the place was busy, but not packed, and the walls were extremely bright. The thing that sold me on this restaurant was the option of zucchini noodles! I had the Asian Noodle Bowl and asked for the ginger sesame dressing on the side. The dressing was delicious, but extremely sweet(I didn’t ask what was in it). The bowl was delicious on it’s own without the dressing. Now I just need to convince them to open one near me!
