We went yesterday with our family and just had a lovely time. We have recently moved to Sonoma County and have tried many wineries, but always want to try something unique when guests are here. My husband had heard about the winery from a friend and we made an appointment not really knowing the incredible family history behind this winery. The ride up to the winery is a little challenging, but there are many signs along the way. Once we arrived, we were stunned by the view, which is magnificent. We were promptly greeted by our host, Jaeson Thieme, who was very personable and knowledgeable. He showed us where they make this great wine and told us all about the family legacy. Once we sat down to do the tasting, we were presented with a private tasting menu and some tasty treats such as Miller Farms almonds, the Continuum Estate Olive oil and Midnight Moon cheese which all helped to compliment the truly outstanding wine. If you want to have a fantastic wine experience, this is the place to go.

A truly breathtaking tour & tasting experience in Napa Valley. My friend was kind enough to bring me along to pick up his latest shipment and I was simply blown away by the people, wine & estate. The newest vintage was served with delicious cheese, bread and estate grown EVOO and we even had a chance to meet Tim Mondavi himself! An extraordinarily passionate winemaker through and through. Such a memorable experience on Pritchard Hill.

I 2nd Unilocaler Heather D’s statement about how nice Carissa is in treating her patrons. As part of the Mondavi family, the Continuum wines are an expression of singularity like some of the European great wines. Make one and do the best you can. Why make a bunch of different wines when you can be excellent in said singularity. We got to try: Continuum 2005 Continuum 2008 Continuum 2011 All spectacular, but I have a soft spot for the 2005 year of wines. Not that Im gonna kick the others out of bed so to say. If you’re hitting Napa and trying some wines, make some time and try something unique amongst all the noise of the area

Carissa took such good care of us and hearing about the history and future of Continuum was such a treat. The wine is spectacular and our whole afternoon at Continuum was simply perfect and certainly memorable.
