HEAVEN was the best way to describe it! My girlfriends and I had our hair and make up done for my wedding 3 weeks ago and had the most amazing time here. On top of everyone being so kind and helpful our make up looked gorgeous and our hair was totally celebrity status. It’s hard to please that many ladies but everyone LOVED how they looked and couldn’t stop talking about how nicely they were treated. Danielle Gomes is incredibly talented and has the coolest vibe.

Heaven & Earth is the absolute best! A great selection of products, wonderful staff and killer salon too. I always shop there first and almost never need to go anywhere else for my beauty supply needs. Oh, and their team is brilliant at making gift bags too. Just call, let them know what you have in mind, your budget and when you need it ready and they will have it ready for you. In and out in a jiffy with a spiffy gift. They are truly magical. What more can a girl ask for?

I have only good things to say about Heaven and Earth but my faith in them was solidified today. My daughter got over 40 bunch ems (look them up) stuck in her waist long hair. After hours of trying to remove them myself, I finally broke down and called the salon. Lissy has done amazing highlights for me in the past. Sarah is friendly and helpful and always makes me feel like family. They got my Lucy in within the hour and Gina Marksbury painstakingly removed the toys from her head. She was patient, kind, gentle and determined. Really I thought we would have shave one half of my six year olds head ala Skillrex. At the end she only charged me $ 10 for her time and effort. I was truly impressed by her and will continue to be a customer. The women who work here really know what they are doing.

Michl was great. Had a really nice time talking with her while she cut my hair, and she’s the first stylist in ages to actually get my bangs right the first time! She really listened and clearly cared about what she was doing, and my cut looks and feels awesome. Yay!

Gianna styled my hair exactly how I envisioned it– soft, romantic waves. She is so great and fun to talk to. I will contact her again if I decide to have my wedding in Napa.

Heaven and Earth has been my favorite beauty store and salon in the Valley for the past 15 years. Growing up in the Valley it was my go to spot. Now a resident of SF I find myself making frequent trips to Napa just for my H&E fix. Danielle has been doing my hair for years. I can not trust anyone else. She is so kind and pleasant to be around. A true master of the arts when it comes to hair services. She is a complete natural. I can guarantee you will be in good hands with anyone at this lovely shop. ESPECIALLY DANIELLE!!!
Oh I can’t forget. Angela is ahhhmmaaazziiinnnggg at blow outs and hair services.
And SUSAN! out of this world facial. Completely relaxing, calm nature, and the products she uses smell so heavenly… no pun intended.

Danielle’s family can call off the search party — she has sent an EMAIL to the Bride. An EMAIL! That 100% shows how much this «nightmare» actually mattered to her personally.
Again, I repeat, if you are a patron of Heaven and Earth and have an event of importance coming up that you want makeup and hair styling done for: RUN FAR AWAY from this establishment and even further from Danielle. DO NOT count on them to care about your business. Because at the end of the day, missing a wedding was only worth an email. No thanks.

My friend is getting married today and had made an appt with Danielle to do hair and make up. Not only was Danielle not at the salon but did not answer any of the phone calls and emails the bride sent waiting outside the salon. Despite the fact that Danielle did a nice job on the demo run the week before, not showing up and answering the brides calls is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Local, helpful, amazing. The go to place in the heart of the Napa Valley. St. Helena could not be luckier. Any and all things to make you feel, smell, look good and glow. Staff is helpful, if they do not have it, they will point you in the direction. Even the wackiest needs, I have never left not satisfied.

Susan Finney is amazing! She is friendly, efficient and thorough. I went in for a whole leg wax and was done in just under 40mins! She made sure there were no missed areas and that I was happy with the results before I left. I wish I could take her to Washington with me and will plan on using her services every time I visit St Helena.
She is also offers superb facials.

BF needed shaving cream and I was hoping they carried Kiel’s. However, they didn’t so I walked out with a different brand that wasn’t as great. However, I did snag a deal for Glam Glow for $ 54 normally $ 69. Deal! When I was there, a couple of girls were getting their eyebrows. They also have a blow bar and a hair salon. Cute store otherwise.

My experience is similar to several others. I walked in the store looking to buy a specific product. Lady behind the counter ignored me while I was shopping (that’s fine… w/​e) but when another person walked in all dressed up the employee immediately rushed to talk with her. I walked up to the counter, product in hand, and waited… and waited… and waited. To my surprise, another lady (from the hair salon section?) came up to the front desk and ALSO started conversing with the other customer. This is when the first employee took a phone call and continued to ignore me. I decided that if these people were going to treat me so rudely, it wasn’t worth my time or money to stick around. The employee at the front desk called to me AS I WAS LEAVING to say she could ring me up. What a joke. I set the product back on the shelf and left the store.
I was ready to buy $ 22 bottle of conditioner — their loss.
Just because someone isn’t dressed up doesn’t mean they aren’t worth your time.
