Rick gets five stars for exceptional customer care. I used Main Street Electric two year ago for a small expansion and renovation to our home in a remote area of the Napa Valley. He did an exceptional job, passing all inspections with flying colors and he was a treat to work with: intelligent, professional, friendly, worked really well with the other contractors on the project and always let us know in advance when and where he would be working on our project. He was always exactly on time and the areas where he worked were immaculate afterward. The entire project went without issue and he came in under budget.
Fast forward two years. A family member shows up at our farm with an RV and wants to plug in to our power — but we don’t have the right receptacle. Last minute on a Friday before a holiday week and what to Rick do? He goes completely out of his way and makes the time to help us !!!
