St Helens doesn’t offer much in the way of shopping, especially for tourists, but I always love stepping into Jilly’s. They specialize in costumes, accessories and vintage clothing, in addition to cute little gift items and the more recently added selection of Twilight memorabilia. Friendly service and fun to look around!
