For an urgent care clinic, they aren’t so bad. It is a little inconvenient that you have to register, go to the waiting room, wait to be called in to triage, back to the waiting room then finally to an exam room. The good: Friendly staff. They saw me pretty quickly(for an urgent care) The bad: The waiting room is filthy, obvious vomit stains all over the floor. The exam rooms aren’t real clean. Their phone etiquette is horrible. Don’t call if you can help it. I called to follow up on some test results. The person who answered the phone was very rude. Maybe she was busy. I just didn’t appreciate the snappy tone.

Even if you’re here before they open, you may not be seen for over an hour. Wait times are ridiculous. The registration is a patient nightmare. You go back and forth 3 times to different rooms(sign in, triage, registration) before you’re even brought back to be seen. Not good for a patient who can hardly walk. The waiting room is far away from registration and the clerk has to shout out your name so you can walk back up to be registered. And, from the hallway you can hear the registration staff trash-talking the patients. We finally saw the doctor after 90 minutes, doctor walks in, doesn’t say hello, doesn’t introduce herself, looks at my daughter for no more than a minute and basically tells her she needs to go to her primary care doctor, gives her some pain meds and that’s it. My advice to Columbia County residents, it may be geographically convenient but skip this place and go to Tuality or Good Sam’s ER.
