Not good. All chocolate pastries taste like Ring Dings – not just the one the salesperson said did. Like Ring Dings, they are tasteless and have icing like plastic. Prices not cheap. Atmosphere dark and dreary.

Nice clean place w/one cookie even better than the last ! I purchased … 2 of each kind Biscotti in the case/ 2 sesame biscotti / 2 Chocolate dipped Almond(horn) cookie… Fantastic !(had at home w/my girl) & coffee (also purchased: semolina loaf Italian bread)… Bread scores = A+ !!! Advice:(It’s smarter for counter-person to be friendlier)…

I love this bakery. There are other bakeries in the area but this is a true family owned and operated place… we just celebrated our first Easter in this, our new home town, and we purchased many of our Easter Staples from Garguilo’s and they were awesome! Delicious. rolls, buns, Pizza Rustica, Pizza Gran and Cannoli Cake! I went back for Marble Rye(for the ham sammies of course!) and picked up some cookies… the coffee is warm and fresh and even met a friend for a bite there recently and had soup and some hot rolls… just walking in puts a smile on my face. and the nice people who work there. the clean and warm atmosphere. make it a lovely place in our new town!

Awesome family owned & run bakery. Atmosphere is very cozy and most important their bakery goods are«Superb». I’ve tried their Italian bread & holiday cookies & cheesecake. Prices are fair and definitely not as packed as Alpine bakery which I didn’t have a great experience with. support the local businesses!

Excellent bakery. Has some tables and great coffee. Try their chocolate horn. It is off the charts delicious. Their loaves of bread baguettes and Italian are crisp and light, and offer various sizes. The cakes and donuts are from old family recipes and never disappoint. Always a positive friendly experience.

Cute little place. My dad and I usually use this place as a rest stop/turnaround point on our bike rides. Staff is really nice and they let us bring our bikes in the bakery(a lot of places do not). Fresh pastries and reasonable prices.

Excellent bakery. Great jelly donuts and you have to try the chocolate cream ring. They have great coffee. They sell chicken pot pies, quiche and you can get a cup of soup for lunch. They have plenty of tables so you can have your treat to stay. This is truly the best bakery in the area, if not the best in Suffolk. We are bakery junkies and always compare what we get elsewhere to Garguilo’s. The other guys always fall short. Baked goods are always fresh.

Adorable bakery– clean, a few tables to sit at, helpful, friendly staff… I had an apple turnover($ 2) and the boyfriend had a raspberry pastry($ 2) — both were yummy enough that we didn’t want to share what we got. We would definitely return to give some other stuff a try– the displays were filled with a variety of cookies, other pastries, quiches, muffins…)

Fabulous bakery and I’ve never had a bad thing. Their cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had and the cakes are to die for.
