The service here is less than suburb it’s down right horrible! They make you wait in line for what seems to be an eternity… The cashiers are so rude they might as well cuss you out. All I can say is that if you want to be mad go here!

Ice cream bar people! This is pure genius! I absolutely love qt in general but I’m so glad that they rebuilt and upgraded this one. I really dislike the Nat. Bridge and 170 location plus it’s slightly closer to my house. Like I said… they have an ice cream bar where you can also Get your parties and yummy shakes. Don’t even get me started on their expanded tea/coffee bar. I love my sweet tea and qt feeds my addition to it. I also like that this locations has tables out front so that you can take in the fresh air whole you snack; a great attraction I feel to people that maybe live out of town or just not from the area.

While I am a QT honk, this QT is unlike any I have been to before. The nrw design is amazing. There is an ice cream bar as well as a custom drink bar as well. All of the old QT favorites are here but there are some graat new additions. Very impressed considering I am already a QT fan.

I often stop at this QT on my way to and from work-or at any of the many other QTs in the area. If you are an ice tea lover, they have the best brewed teas available. They have both sweetened and unsweetened in plain, mango, and pineapple-papaya. A great alternative to sodas and bottled drinks. QTs now have great health snacks including veggies with dip, fruit bowls, fresh bananas, etc. I have had a sandwich once and it was very good also. I will stop at QT before any other gas/snack station.

Opened in late summer 2012, this is an updated version of the QuikTrip that was across the street. It is much larger with several new features. There is an expanded tea bar as well as an ice cream bar where you can get fresh ice cream. The store is longer and as of this afternoon it is very clean. It is also brighter and cleaner, partially from it being new. The check out counter is longer and has the ability to have more clerks at the registers when there are very busy times. The set-up in the new store has a clearer path to walk through, instead of multiple aisles you can walk into the store from one end, walk straight to the back without winding around shelves, do a 180 to the other side and exit where you entered. The only aisles are directly in front of the cashiers. The set-up of the new store gives the staff a better view of the customers, in case anyone has any criminal intent in their mind when the enter the store. I have heard some people complain that the new styled QT’s, such as the 5th St location in St. Charles are more like truck stops. I do not see the comparison. A truck stop is significantly larger than the new designed QT’s and they sell DVD players, t-shirts, trinkets and have a large separate lot for the semi trucks. As well, truck stops have showers for the truckers, I looked around, Qt does not have any showers. It can be tricky to get onto Rock Road, but in comparison to the Endicott location, there are 3 entrances and exits, so there is a little more ease to get back on the road. I believe the gas station, having moved to the new location will cause fewer accidents going into and coming out of the lot. The previous location, which was right at the corners of Sr Charles Rock Rd/Endicott/170 off ramp was very problematic in that it would cause back-ups and fender benders. You know travel maybe a 1⁄8 of a mile and you can turn into the lot. Overall, this is a new and welcome addition to St. John. Well, not new, but expanded, QT was in its original spot for more than 10 years. I may be off on the date, so no need to reprimand me if I am wrong.
