This review is moreso in reference to the pharmacy than the retail side of the store. They consistently run out of even the most ubiquitous maintenance medications are all not helpful at all when dealing with the inevitable insurance issues that arise from time to time. I once was once stuck playing phone tag with this location and my insurance company for 3 weeks with no assistance from the pharmacists or technicians until the issue was finally resolved. Not just horrible, but nonexistent customer service!

I really wish I could give this business a minus 1,000 or more! The pharmacy here in the St. John, MO Walgreens has always been horrible! In my 17 years in living in St. John, I gave this hole up and went to Shop N Save Pharmacy years ago. This Walgreens waste your time. They will tell you to come pick a script up and then after you burn your gas and spend your precious time to go there, they will tell you they are not comfortable yet in giving you the script! If they call you with a problem, they will try to speak to you like they are your employer! ONE HORRIBLE PLACE THAT NEEDS TO BE ELIMINATED FROM MY CITY!

Your standard Walgreens. If you don’t want to wait in line and just need a few necessities, come here. Conveniently located for those nearby. Being open 24 hours is of great convenience.

This is my favorite Walgreens. The employees are upbeat and love to chat (which can sometimes be annoying if you’re in a hurry) and generally are in a much better mood than the employees at the other Walgreens on the Rock Road (St. Ann). The pharmacy is quick and usually accurate on their quote times. I’ve never experienced a problem at this location (something I can’t say for a few others).

Great location, never wait in line for the pharmacy! Was in and out in ten minutes. Always happy coming here, the red box is always there to get me too :)

This is the closest Walgreens to home. I love that it is 24 hours, wish the pharmacy was as well. I have run here for last minute Christmas, Easter and birthday gifts. They have a wine selection now, nothing noteworthy but suitable in a pinch. There is a small selection of dairy items and other grocery goods, but if that were my purpose for being out, I’d go a block farther to Shop-N-Save.
The manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly and have been helpful to my Grandmother with her never ending questions and is never short with her and never seems annoyed.
