Great for take out. Fast, yummy, almost always correct with the order and always nice.

The sign said«OPEN», but that was the only indication that this place was still in business when we walked in from out of the snowy night. The lights were off. The heat was off. Nary a person in sight. As my brother and I stood there with our thumbs up each other’s butts, this tiny, super-quick, 70-year-old Chinese lady bolts out from behind a tapestry. «Whacha want to eat?» «Um, well, ma’am. We kinda want a seat… and a coupla beers.» She looked at us with incredulity(you SURE you wanna sit down?), but led us to a table regardless. I was, quite honestly, scared. My whole life I’ve dined on the tenet that you never eat ethnic food in an empty restaurant. But, as you can imagine, there isn’t exactly a whole lot of variety in St. Johnsbury on a Sunday evening. The dumplings were fine. The beer selection included Heineken and Bud. The beef was Alpo, or at least that’s my best guess on the subject. That is all. I wouldn’t eat here. But we laughed a lot. So, ya know. The company kinda makes the meal, and I’m just so glad to be reunited with my bro on the East Coast. ps — 4 Christmases was fine holiday fun. 3 ½ stars.
