Nice store, nice items… but don’t ever buy the geek squad protection plan cuz they will stel ur money… i pay the geek squad protection On my iphone 5s for 16!!! months that’s $ 240 dls… and the day the i need it, they tell me they won’t cover it cuz the phone wass not on 1 pice .so then i call to cancel the geek squad protection .they keep me on the phone for 2!!! hrs… they keep transfering me to ther people, they transfer me to 10!!! different people and they all ask me the same questions .so after 2!!! hrs .i wass finnally able to get it cancel. but i end it up whithout phone.

This Best Buy already has two strikes in my book. First, my boyfriend’s phone broke and during a long drive we lost the SIM card. When he finally got the replacement we came to Best Buy to get a new SIM card since he purchased his phone at another Best Buy location even though it’s a Verizon phone. We were told a SIM card would be $ 20 and change. Really? Any time I’ve ever needed a SIM card or seen someone else need one they were free! So we had to drive to an actual Verizon location, and guess what, it was $ 5. Second strike was yesterday. A new DVD came out this week for a second season of a popular comedy show. I went to Best Buy hoping they would have it at a low price since it was a new release. I get in and find season 1, and a price tag for the new season 2DVD for $ 12.99, but no DVDs! I talked to an employee and he said they didn’t receive many copies even though it was a new release, and he didn’t know when they would be getting a new shipment! This is a popular show on a popular cable network, what gives? I will say that employee was very helpful and offered to help call the near by Target to see if they had any in stock. So two stars for the decent staff.
