Buffalo Wild Wings

We went Saturday night and the parking lot was full. They somehow seated us right away. This was our first visit to this establishment. Typical sports bar food and appetizers. Food quality is on par with competitors. Certainly what we didn’t expect was the flawless, exceptional service by our waitress (Samantha) and the manager (KT).

Waste of money and time! Have been there to eat and it took awhile. The server was nice but the atmosphere was a let down especially compared to the other Bdubbs restaurants. The food is really overpriced and its average at best. Have ordered takeout from here twice and both times they have completely screwed up the order and the last time we went to pick up the food we ordered we ended up having to wait an hour. We won’t be going back. :(

This place is the absolute worst. I like Bdubs normally, and I’ve given this location many chances, but it’s terrible! We stood at the front 15 minutes before anyone even bothered to come over and seat us (they were just averagely busy). They didn’t have clean silverware, the waitresses (we had 2 throughout the night) were both rude and not very good at their job. The food is always cold, and the manager is totally aloof to how terrible this place is. If you can go anywhere other than this place, you should.

Horribly overpriced.
Slow service.
Cold Food.
Barely enough sauce to cover wings.
This place sucks, plain and simple.

Very clean! Service continues to improve since opening. The GM continues to right the wrongs. The food is still BW3, which quality still varies, but always good! This will improve as service improves. Short of an5 but still better than a 3 star experience.

I’ve been there a couple times and the service has always been great. My last visit not so much. I Didnt leave a tip because she wasn’t friendly and paid more attention to the other tables. Food took a little while, but I know they were hit with two large parties as once so I understood. Food was delicious and hit. The fried pickles are by far my favorite any where!

The take out is poorly managed and never on time. Usually have to wait at least 20 mins longer. This is crazy that you can not predict and train the takeout staff to work with the kitchen. I am done…

The first couple times we went there the food was great and the service was amazing. But the last couple of time the service as been bad. No refills and our food was cold when it was brought out… our waitress had a serious attitude or bad day… She only had two tables and we could never get her to come to our table… She had someone else bring our check and we could see up by the bar…

My first time trying BWs for carry out. Great experience on the phone. Surprised when I got there to pick up and they reviewed that the order was correct for what I ordered. Nice touch and good customer service! Definitely an option to have it again!

Food came out pretty fast and was good.
Waitress was nice, it was just a bit warm in there. But otherwise good lunch

I know everyone raves and thinks that this restaurant has such good food… I have to admit though I had the pulled pork sandwich and it actually wasn’t the greatest thing I’ve had. I have to admit that was the only thing I’ve had from Buffalo Wild Wings though but I actually didn’t really care for the sandwich. I loved the part where you could play trivia though that was so sweet… I mean you literally got to play trivia. It’s so cool. That had to be my favorite part of Buffalo Wild Wings.

Food was subpar but the service was even worse. The place was not that busy and still waiting 15min before the waitress came to take our drink order. I had to ask twice for a refill on my drink and waited 15 min to get the bill after asking twice. If I order again it will be take out.

The place is up to date with a lot of TVs. However, the wait for our food was ridiculous! We waited for over an hour for a table of only 4. They tried to make my drink 2x but it was not good at all.

I have eaten here twice now. The food, especially the wings, has been great. I caution you, though. This is a sports bar/​restaurant. Do not go there expecting a nice quite family experience. It can become quite loud and wild, especially if there is is a Michigan team playing! Despite the noise, we were very happy with our experience there.

We’re to begin, I have eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Grand Rapids Michigan and was not impressed their, But this one opened a few miles from my house and is the newest addition in our small community. The beer selection was good and I love the 60 TV ‘s, wait staff was friendly. Liked the idea they let you sample the sauces before you order. The only thing I can not let go is the frozen Gorden food service dried up pieces of rocks they smoother in sauce and call it a boneless chicken wing. My dog gets feed better. As owners of a business in a small town and these owners own 33 other buffalo wing restaurants. I would be ashamed to put out food like this. And over priced. I can tell its a chain and the owners are disconnected from this restaurant. When you drop 60 bucks for lunch you want your money’s worth, this is not the place. Try a local mom and pop and truly see what service is and how good fresh great tasting food should taste like. Another chain in my town that will never see a dime of my money again ! And when I said dried up, hard as a rock, chicken turd, smoothed in sauce i meant it. I have eaten at thousands of restaurants and written reviews this is at the bottom. If I could give it zero stars I would.

It’s B dubs, not much out of the expected service. Take out order was ready upon arrival. One of the young ladies working the register wasn’t overly friendly nor did she seem to want to be there. But all the others were great. One actually took the time to double check order and asked if anything else was needed. The wings were hot and well flavored. Maybe a little over cooked, but still the great quality expected from them. Will come back often.

So it took FOREVER to get our food, but we got more wings then we ordered (large instead of small), basket of fries and we got a discount off or bill. We also got a personal apology from a manger. Great and friendly staff. Most importantly the wings were fricken awesome! Will come back again.
