Yummy! If you like fruit have the Tutti Fruiti! All of the flavors we tried were good. The kids thought it was so cool to see the whole process of them making it. The prices are very reasonable and you get an over flowing amount! The line was long but the kids had plenty to do in the other room with soccer and hockey table!

This is a nice spot! Excellent ice cream and a really nice play area for kids or adults. Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffle board…

We always have THEBEST time here! My boys, 10&12, love their pizza(simple cheese & pizza lovers). My husband &I like to try their rotating selections – the tequila lime was great! Love the BBQ chicken, too. Love how they use fresh basil from their pots out front in summer. The ice cream is great– so fun how it is prepared! My fave is NY cheesecake+graham cracker+any fruit. My only wish – fresh fruit when it’s ‘in-season’, as oppose to pie filling. That would be a fun addition. The most recent ‘Girl Scout’ pairings were such a great idea! The ‘Mint Bliss’ w/thin mints was great! I love it’s location on the east side of St. Joe, & the fact that they refurbed an empty building. My boys love their game room!

Dined here tonight because we were attracted by the«family friendly» aspect. Our daughter is almost a year old and going out to eat can be quite stressful and difficult, so we figured we would try out a place that is more«kid oriented» and it was a total success for us! Yes there were other kids there running around and having fun, which made us feel comfortable rather than taking our daughter to a place where it she makes any type of sound we feel we are disturbing the other patrons. There is a decent sized soccer field, game room with air hockey, foozball, etc, and a small playhouse with a «play kitchen», little bean bags, and a swing. Our daughter had a blast doing laps on the little soccer field and watching other kids play. For the first time in a long time, dining out was enjoyable for us as we weren’t on edge that an angry diner or server would be mean mugging us because our our daughter isn’t able to communicate with words yet and is noisy, like any other child her age. The building is super modern and very clean. Now to the food. I got a pizza which was $ 8 and 3 toppings and the perfect size for personal pan. My wife got a sandwich and soup which she said she enjoyed. The only complaint about the food menu is that this facility is clearly geared towards children but there is no kids menu. I found that rather odd and a little frustrating. We ended up getting our daughter a grilled cheese but it would have been nice to have other options for her like maybe some Mac and cheese or a side of apple sauce or something. Ya know, typical kids menu stuff. I wouldnt think a kids menus would be that hard to implement. Also, I am not paying $ 8 for a pizza for my child. Maybe offer kid sizes/priced pizzas. Now to the ice cream. Made with nitrogen, very neat presentation and REALLY tasty. Overall, great experience and we will be back. In the future we would hope to see a kids menu, more expansive menu for adults. Also, the staff could maybe be a bit more hospitable and friendly. Hopefully when we return we can give the 5 star rating because the potential is definitely there!

Do you love ice cream!!!(Who doesn’t right???) Hands down, BEST ice cream in Southwest Michigan. Handmade with whatever you want throw in kinda like cold stone, but each ice cream purchased is instantly frozen with liquid nitrogen to give you an über delicious treat with a show to boot. Plus the spoons are awesome and a small is a good size even for 2 people. –Counter service is very friendly and pretty quick, lines can get longer because the ice cream is so delicious and I’m guessing food can’t all be cooked at once using the wood fire/stone slab oven. –Inside atmosphere is interesting, not much theme or flow,(used to be a rental/landscaping store) BUT floor space and area to enjoy food is gigantic. Lots of places for kids to play and run around even has a half size indoor soccer field in the back(random, but sweet) — They do have food for sale, hence the fire part of Fire & Ice, I have had the pizzas, cheese bread and some of the sandwiches, and haven’t ever had any problems with them, they are good, not like«wow this is amazing» but very simple, not super greasy, and a good amount for the price. You will definitely have to develop your own opinion of the food, but that ice cream though, can’t beat it!!! At least give Fire & Ice a try especially if you’ve got a sweet tooth, I think you will want to come back again and again.

The pizza was outstanding, the ice cream was not only delicious, it was fun to watch them make it! They used liquid nitrogen to make each serving from scratch, so everything is fresh! The entire staff is knowledgable and friendly, too

Ice cream is good. The restaurant seemed very empty. Usually restaurants that newly open should be very crowded during lunch time. It seems they need to do a better job on advertising. People tend to go to restaurants that are crowded rather than empty because they know it’s having good business for a reason.

Not impressed. I have heard a lot about this place and were pretty disappointed when we finally were able to check it out. Menu was limited and we were pretty disappointed with the lack of options. The concept is a bit strange; they have a giant kids playhouse and then kids soccer nets in the back of the restaurant, along with a foosball table? Very weird. They have some potential but need to step it up a bit of they want anyone to ever return.

Visiting from Chicago with friends and family. Great place for large group with kids. Soccer field was a hit with all the kids. Pizza was delicious! Lots of topping options, good for both kids and adults. Ice cream was AMAZING! They actually had chunks of real fruit!

We stopped in today to try it out. There were not too many people there when we first arrived but it did get busy. We ordered a caprese salad and 2 pizzas. The salad was good. It had nice fresh basil leaves on it. The pizzas were delicious. The crust was nice and crisp and the toppings were yummy. We then went back and ordered ice cream. We waited in line until someone asked us for our ticket. The process was neat to watch. I wasn’t overly impressed with it though. The item I ordered called for butter pecan. I didn’t taste any so we took it back up and asked about it. Come to find out it is a syrup they put in it. Kind of disappointing. I did get my money back for that and they did offer to make me something else«on the house». I declined. My husband did enjoy his ice cream though.

We have eaten here often, since it opened this summer. It’s our new family favorite. There is something for everyone. The pizza chef has been very accommodating and has made a veggie pizza without cheese for one daughter who doesn’t like cheese and a chicken calzone for son who doesn’t eat pizza. My favorite is the tomato bisque soup with flatbread — it is gourmet quality! Love the cheese pizza(try it with basil.) The ice cream is the freshest in town — made right in front of you. The line at the ice cream counter can get long, but it’s totally worth the wait! The funky monkey(banana, walnuts and Nutella) is to die for. I also love the laid back atmosphere. Kids can play while parents eat.

Stopped by last night around 8 for pizza with my girlfriend. We ordered two pizzas at the same time, the first came out pretty quick but I think they forgot about the second as it took about 15 minutes to make. It had a nice crispy crust on the edges but the center was pretty flimsy. The thing that would bring me back however was the ice cream. They have not dialed in the ordering and production line yet but I believe once they do it will be a hot spot. After ordering your ice cream you are given a receipt which you must then bring to another counter where they make it. The problem was that there is no line and people are just gathered around the counter and whoever can get their ticket to the employee fastest gets their ice cream made first. Not a great system whatsoever but the ice cream was worth the wait. I would suggest they change the ice cream making system to a more assembly line like concept rather than having they employees reaching over each other and running into each other trying to be fast. If they are able to fix these waiting/kitchen issues it would definitely get 4 stars, but until then I don’t think I will go back as ordering is pretty frustrating.

Went here with my girlfriend tonight and the pizza and ice cream were absolutely wonderful! Delicious. The problem I have is with the employees. The man who took our order was awesome. When we went back up to get our ice cream, all the employees were cleaning and talking to each other for a good five whole minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. Then when they did, they said nothing. Just an annoyed sounding«hi» and then she took our ticket. It looked like other things were bigger priorities than our ice cream order. The ice cream was fun to watch and it was great. My girlfriend got a milkshake and it was wonderful, but they only filled the cup up halfway and the lady behind us got the same thing and the cup she got was full. After that, I went up to get another pizza to-go. It took about 10 minutes for anyone at all to come help us(while employees walked back and forth looking right at us). When we did get waited on, I asked if I could get another pizza. The lady that waited on us looked at us rudely and said«we don’t make pizza after 9» and walked away. There were no signs saying that and she just assumed that we knew. Tl;dr the food was awesome but the service was absolutely terrible. Train your employees. The customer is the most important part of the business model.

Stopped by today, they have only been open a week and am sure there are kinks to work out. Pizza was fired in what appeared to be a gas oven. Not a wood fire oven. It was crisp around the edges but the center was chewy and raw in parts. Ice cream was ok. Fun to watch the process. Would recommend a runner may or something under the medal bowls as it was very loud. Might turn into a cool teen hangout. Game room and pricing to fit a teen budget. We likely won’t go back but wish them the best.
