I do not really like writing this review. I always try to support local businesses. The owner is very friendly and personable. He has a large stock available and ail items are displayed and can be heard. The owner is knowledgeable about his products also. He does installation on site… that’s the good. I bought my son a stereo, my son works 2 jobs, so I had to set it up the installation for him. The stereo was installed but was defective, the input for a Ipod didn’t work and only played 1 side. I took it back for my son 3 weeks after install. The owner wasn’t able to talk to me that Saturday, so we took it again a few weeks later. The owner insisted the stereo had to be sent back to the distributor, he would not install a new unit. This was not an expensive unit, $ 200. This situation went on for about 5 months, no stereo/​radio in the car. I was ready to go to small claims but the receipt was in my sons name and he didn’t have the time to do it. Eventually he reinstalled a working unit in his car.
I had intended to buy a new unit for my truck… but not now. The owner is very likable I guess he didn’t want to potentially have a loss on his small sale. Likeable or not I would not go there again.
