This location gets 5 stars simply because the customer service was OUTSTANDING.
I usually avoid these paper warehouses like the plague, but I had a huge copy job to do. Without enough time to order the goods online, I was literally buying out all the paper in St. Joseph.
I called asking how many reams of paper they had that was hole punched. I needed about 24 seems of paper, and they didn’t have that many in stock. When I arrived, one of the employees had started hole punching paper to complete my entire order.
These people know how to take initiative and serve their customers. Definitely recommend them if you like either of those qualities!
