I had a garage door opener installed and was never sent a bill or invoice, or given a phone call. Instead, the next I heard about it was a final judgment letter from a collection agency. My credit score is now damaged because Overhead Door never talked to me. They’ve also not responded to any emails I’ve sent them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and emailed corporate offices. Avoid!
