My glasses came up MIA, called RX optical because I paid the extra cost for the insurance wanting (needing) a new pair and was told no … So needless to say myself and my husband will be new customers of Great Lakes eye care. What they tell initially that they cover when you purchase the insurance is a lie or they just screwed me, one or the other.
