I response to the owner’s response, I cannot comment on anyone’s storage unit damage but my own. However, it has been my experience that StorSmart does not strive for an acceptable level of customer service of any kind. Adding insult to injury, they have charged our payment for NEXT month today, after we’d moved out and my fiancé met with them INPERSON confirming this a week and a half ago! We will be forced yet again to take more time out of our lives to get this resolved, but my opinion still stands that this place is completely unprofessional and should be avoided.
