I have been coming to the auction house for a while now, and really enjoy trying to buy eclectic stuff from them. I don’t go to the mall parts, just the weekly auction. Having said that, I am only giving it 2 stars, because I don’t think they really care about their customers. I cannot count the number of times that they are trying to sell something, but nobody can see what’s being auctioned. It’s sitting in a corner, or outside and you cannot actually see what you’re bidding on unless you did some research ahead of time. It wouldn’t take much time or effort to use the pictures they take of everything, and just project them onto a white piece of plywood or a sheet or anything so that EVERYONE in there knows what’s up for bid. In addition, you’re not going to get any cell phone signal in there, so you can’t look up information on items you are interested. If people knew what price something might go for, it would give them a better idea of how much they can bid. Heck, you can drop a small wireless router and even give the customers free wi-fi so they can access the web for information. With a small amount of investment, they could provide the customers a better experience there. Not sure why they have so many folks helping when most of the time most of them aren’t really doing anything but standing around. Who knows. On a good note, the snack bar puts out some hearty food for a decent price. If they want to remain where they are, they are doing s great job of it, but if they ever want to grow, they will need to improve their customer experience there. So much potential…

This is a hue consignment mall filled with all kinds of antique vendors. Remember to go upstairs to see much, much more! There’s also an auction house right next door that’s open on the weekends.
