My daughter had her Wedding dress altered there and many of the bridesmaid dresses altered. Excellent work and great customer service.

Go elsewhere to get your alterations done !! Horrible customer service. The owners are unprofessional and talk rudely about customers. They also took a long time to get alterations finished. They told me what day to pick up my item and they were still working on it that day. I guess they wait to do things last minute and act like it’s the customers fault. In the end, the owners of this shop need to realize who’s paying.

They did OK work, but nothing spectacular. The location is very confusing. But the deal breaker for me was the rudeness of the woman working at the desk. I kindly asked if she had a bag to carry out my newly altered dress, and she snapped back at me with attitude saying «you didn’t bring one, so we don’t have one for you!» It was incredibly uncalled for. I will not return.

This was the second time I had been in the shop. Although the suits I had altered originally, were fine, the older lady was very rude. I understand people have bad days so I gave it another shot a couple months later. When I walked through the door I felt the older lady was annoyed that she had to get up to come to the counter. When asking a question regarding fixing buttons on a suit coat, I received another rude response. I walked out and will not be back.

I learned of Abbey Lane from a friend and was in desperate need of alterations to a few things.
Fantastic customer service — very friendly and eager to make sure your clothing item is taken care of.
Took only a week and they were ready to service me yet again when I walked into their store.
Very reasonably priced — I highly recommend them!

Fantastic customer service! Took a bridesmaid dress in to get altered in a short period of time, they had the dress back to me fast, perfectly altered, and VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
