This Ace Hardware does have most items you need for being a smaller store. That is a plus. And that is why I go back here often. Nothing worse that needing something in the middle of a project and finding a place close by to run and grab it! The staff is hit or miss. Some people are very helpful and some are not. I had a woman go out of her way for me when mixing my paint and making sure I got what I needed. And there are few other employees that mostly like to use cool words and«language of the young people»… yes I know I am officially old. But when there is an 85 year old man checking out I don’t think I would talk to him like he’s 15. Maybe a nice«yes, sir» and«thank you» vs. «hey man, check ya later». Ok Ok… moving on. The store used to take up the full building and then they closed and split the store in half which made it smaller. Maybe to cut down on rent costs? Not sure. But I have not gone in and not found something that could work for me.
