Took my daughter here. I haven’t ridden a horse over 20 years and she never has. The horses seemed well trained and the group of young ladies seemed knowledgable. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time. Wondering why I only gave 1 star??? Well because I will not support RACISM… I’ll explain… After we signed the waivers, picked the horses. It was time to pay. They use their personal cell phones with the Square device. She hands me her phone for the signature and as I’m about to sign up pops«Nigger» in the notifications clear as day. She quickly reached for the phone to remove it but the damage was done. I contemplated just leaving but my daughter was excited and really looking forward to it. So I just bit my tongue and went through with it. My daughter enjoyed herself but never again.

First time horseback riding. Great experience. Had to sign a waiver. Helmet is optional for adults. A group of teenage girls work there and guide you in groups of threes around a wooded path. They set me up with a chill horse Beanie who stayed on the path and wasn’t hard to handle. Would definitely recommend for beginners. Probably not big enough for more experienced riders.

I took my sister here for her birthday and she really enjoyed it. Trainers were very friendly and accommodating and I felt the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of time we were out there(45 minutes). I REALLY suggest this location because of the low cost and central location.

I liked this place, the instructors seemed to know their stuff! Will go back again next season when open!

I took my daughter here for riding lessons a few times which was fine. I then took her to her 4th lesson(by now they should have figured out they could have had repeat business for quite awhile). It was supposed to start at 10:00 but the instructor asked if it would be ok to wait a few minutes. After about 15 minutes I went over to where the instructor was riding with a group and asked her how much longer it would be and she said oh I have to ride with this group and it will be 45 more minutes. Then I asked for my money back and she asked me if I wanted to leave the check for the next lesson. I said no. 1. They could have called us to reschedule. 2. it would have been nice for someone to actually let us know that a few minutes actually meant an hour instead of me chasing them down to find out. 3. They could have offer a free lesson for the inconvenience or at least a discount instead of keeping my money for the next time. Needless to say none of the above was done. I was very disappointed at how we were treated and have not gone back since then.

Who would’ve guessed that a horse stable was on Natural Bridge? Not me… until I went there. Right next to I-170(heading north), there is a little road and a sign saying«Ace Stables». You pull in, and you are suddenly in a completely different place. Dusty paths and horse stables surround you, and you almost forget about the highway right next to it(almost). We went for a trail ride, but they also offer lessons and boarding(of horses). The trail ride seemed pretty comparably-priced to other open stables– at $ 25 for 45 minutes, it wasn’t too bad. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since we were all relative beginners, they sent us on the trails with a couple of guides. The funniest part about the trails was that you could still hear the sounds of the highway as you rode around… that was interesting. I took off one star simply for the fact that it could be a little cheaper… and they need to advertise better! Now that I know this place exists, I would definitely like to go back, though.
