I almost forgot I had a membership here until I received a phone call to schedule an eye exam. LOL. Prices are awesome for glasses, at least for someone like me who really only wears them when I’m studying or sick. IN between time they are liable to get stepped on, sat on, scratched, lost etc. Soooo that one time I had Tiffany frames and I still can’t find them… yea sticking to the cheaper cuter glasses. Times are cuper convenient for exams. You don’t feel like you’re getting a thorough eye exam though… idk how to explain. But it works for me! However I don’t get my Biofinity contacts here, waaaaay cheaper online, even with your membership discount.

I called Crown Vision because they are covered under my insurance, I got a recording at 11:00 a.m. so I moved on. I called America’s Best and received excellent customer service. They saw my daughter that evening for an exam and she ordered two cute pair of glasses for the amazing price of 69.95! We’ll be back.

I have been coming here for years, I have always had great customer service and get exactly what I need(contacts & eyeglasses) exactly when they say they will arrive. I was inspired to write a review because of an experience I had with one of the optometrists. He made some remarks that were not encouraging/accurate for a patient to hear. I made a comment to the technician that was helping me order my glasses/contacts and she suggested that I call the manager another day when he was working. I spoke to the manager today, he promised a conversation would be had with the optometrist and was very reassuring, very nice, and was actually glad that I had called to voice my concern. Even though I had a bad experience I will continue to come here for all my eye needs and for my family also.
