Great service! I’m a new rider. Bike center’s sales staff sold me a bike in June that I had chosen from online research… It turned out to be a less than perfect fit. After the sale, the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out a swap that was perfect for me. They recommended a few accessories and offered prices that beat the websites! Great recommendations from experienced riders, and a real community feel.

Also, most of the staff are ultra-​low pressure. If you purchase, they’ll offer a $ 65 «club package» where you get discounts on merchandise, trade-​ins, etc. Read it carefully, as it may not be the best deal for you.
