I recently purchased a 2014 Camp Card discount card which has discounts for various venues and benefits the local Boy/Cub Scouts. One of the deals on the card is for Burger King (a BOGO chicken sandwich). I attempted to use the card at this location and, while they honored it this once, after staring at it for a minute I was told their restaurant does not participate in any discount card offers. It’s their choice, I guess, but it’s also my choice to not participate in their restaurant and to let others know they don’t support the local Scouts! Two stars since they did honor it the one time, and the service/food was decent.

Love me a Frappé. But not here. No way, even if I won a free large Frappé or someone else was buying. I have had Frappes in many different establishments and most were fine, I hate to admit McDonald’s does make a good Mocha Frappé and usually gets my request for no whip cream correct.
The Frappé I ordered from Burger king tasted like a burnt coffee slushee with a hint of chocolate. I tried to like it, I thought the first swallow was just getting used to a different taste. By the 4^th try my mouth and throat were at war against me and I think the stomach was coming to join in the mutiny. As I had gotten to far away to go back and ask for a refund and some Maalox, I tossed the burnt slushee. I will never have a Frappee from BK again. And I haev been verbal to friends who have asked about the ones there. NO WAY!
Aside from the nasty stomach mutiny caused by the gross Frappé, the service was speedy and friendly. That is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.
