The visit of St. Louis starts here. I was helping a friend move to St. Louis for law school. We made the long journey from Houston to Austin to finally STL all in a 24 hr time frame. When we arrived to his apartment. I was happy to see this place was actually pretty nice. It’s clean, with modern appliance upgrades, even though the buildings and insides are older. The prices is decent 800 for a 1⁄1 but with washer and dryers. The view is nice from his 3rd story unit, and the neighbors seem quiet.

We are looking for apartments so I will just give my impression of the tour we took: The neighborhood seems quiet and peaceful, unlike the chaos of Olive that this is located off of, separated by a small hill to buffer the noise. There is a paved trail in the center of the two rows of apartment buildings, with a bit of lawn and trees that look like a nice peaceful path to walk. We toured a 2 bedroom 1069sq ft, the biggest they have. It seemed very small because the ceiling seemed low and it was not an open floor plan. Each room seemed small and confining. This was offered in the mid 900’s. Floor plan: There is also a charge for garbage and other incidentals which is also in the mid $ 30’s… which is not a big deal. For all Camden properties they add a $ 36 charge for Charter cable whether you want it or not. This is annoying as we don’t want Charter, we have Uverse and plan on keeping it.
