Absolutely horrible customer service. They don’t email or answer you back when you try and get information and from the word of mouth information I received from their past clients I definitely won’t be using them. Spend your money elsewhere.

Really wanted to like this place – especially since they are literally down the street from me. I filled out their online form and got an email with additional forms to fill out, which I did. Five days later, no response. I emailed them again (I was actually inquiring into a move-​out clean, which is somewhat time-​sensitive since I had to get out of there). Got an email back saying that they don’t schedule weekend cleanings (okay, fine, even though the hours listed here say Saturday and Sunday) but that they could probably do something on Monday, she would check and let me know. No response ever again. I guess they just don’t need business that badly, which is fine. I moved on.
