This place is SO expensive. $ 13.95 to dry clean a blouse… that’s absurd. The people who work here seem lazy and uninterested in business. There are not many dry cleaning options in the neighborhood so I’ve still used them a few times but I’d rather drive a bit out of my way then deal with crabby people and overpriced service. They were also unable to get a stain out of a blouse and didn’t even acknowledge it.

I had trouble finding a dry cleaner that actually did good work AND had reasonable prices, and then I found Cleancrafts. I was very happy with their service, but they recently raised their prices SUBSTANTIALLY without any notification. When I asked if they had raised their prices, the woman tried to avoid the question and only admitted doing so after I kept pressing her. I gave them two stars because they do good work, but with their drastic increase in prices, I will NOT be going back!

A friendly mom-​and-​pop cleaners with competitive pricing and quick turnaround. I think by now I’ve sampled every dry cleaner encapsulated in 63 108 and this one is the best. One drawback: they charge twice as much for hemming pants as a local competitor does. One major plus: the proprietors continue to operate what must be the only MS-​DOS record system still in daily commercial use in the city.
