Poor Services and Over Priced. My eye exam went well and I initially ordered a regular pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. They came in within a week but was with wrong prescription. Without even checking why, the attendant suggested for me to get another exam. I have to ask them to check on my initial order against my prescription. Turns out they enter the order wrong. Then I was told my glasses would be put on «rush» order. This gave me the impression that they will done within a week. When I call a week later to check on it, no one pick up my call. I left a message but no one return my call. When I call and on one pick up again the next day, I went into the store to follow up on my «rush» order. I was told it will be a few more days! When I express my displease about the situation. The people at the store did not even apologized. Instead they blame the slowness on the lab. Their excuse to the non-responsiveness to my calls and message is that they are busy taking care of customers. I told them it makes no sense since I am their customer and in fact I paid already. No one in the store take responsibility or offer any solution. It is as if I am asking for too much! I canceled my order. Took my business to Sam’s club. I was able to buy the two pair of glasses for 60% less than what I would have spent at Crown Vision even with a 50% off coupon. What a rip off!

STAYAWAY! The manager at this store is the rudest individual Ive ever encountered. Ive had to go back 5 times to get my glasses correct and I still have nothing! The staff and doctors have always been helpful and nice! They admitted to me the doctor gave the correct prescription but they were giving me the incorrect lens! I was ok with it until today when I asked this person that says hes a manager to help me pick out smaller frames and he told me no way was he going to work with me on changing the frames that he was not eating that cost! So I said hello Im the customer and Ive been here 5 times only to continue to get the wrong thing from his staff and now he wont work with me! Which he was going to owe me $ anyway because they originally were giving me progressives and now single vision! That should have been some refund! So I asked for my money back and he told me NO! LOL this guy has problems to look forward to now!

New Location, very clean and nice setup. Staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. The doctor was nice and even remebered me from the other location. The selection of eyewear is extensive, there something for everyone! Pricing was decent and they even accepted my insurance! I would recommend them and will be back for sure! 001 – 5555
