Dave & Buster’s is a rare«arcade» chain that actually has good food. It’s more aimed at adults compared to, say, Chuck E Cheese. The food is very good; I’ve never had a bad meal here. The portions are big, too. I’d recommend either the Ultimate Mac and Cheese or a burger, although their chicken strips are pretty good as well. The service is fine, but it mostly depends on where you sit. If you sit in the casual dining area, your drink will be refilled plenty. In the gaming area, you won’t see your waiter as much. The interior is awesome. They have an old-fashioned, less noisy dining area and an area with giant TVs for watching sports. The dining area in the gaming area is much noisier but isn’t terrible. And you can go play games while you wait for your food. Interior– 5⁄5 Food– 4⁄5 Service– 4⁄5 OVERALL– 4⁄5

Ok but not great. I had a plain cheeseburger and it was fine… But not spectacular. The seasoned fries were good though. The games are always fun but a bit on the expensive side.

The 2 stars is for the games which are always fun. The food, drinks and service is really bad. Go somewhere else for dinner then just go play games.

Meh… it’s your typical Dave & Buster’s in suburbia. I came here for a NFL watch party… and I doubt I’ll ever visit again. Unless I have four kids and need them to expend their energy while I drink beer. We had a huge group of people for the watch party and service was going really well… until it came time for our check. We had to hunt the waiter down throughout the restaurant in order to request our check(for the second time).

This place was more fun than I expected. I brought a ton of spending cash and may have even brought too much. These types of places are usually expensive but I was able to play with my little sister and husband for several hours! The food seemed decent for this kind of place. No complaints here. I also liked that there was a bar near the gaming area for easy drink access.

Place was alright sat near the bar section. Wings were not good. Burgers we’re okay. Beer was great. Service was pretty great actually sometimes. They went out of their way to make receipts for us overall pretty well.

Terribly slow service. Server disappeared. Long wait for drinks, to order. Food took almost 45 minutes from order to table.

D&B provides an expensive evening for the family or a date, but still a fun evening none-the-less. Happy hour could be better because it only applies to drinks and not food items, but the happy hour special on cocktails(not wine) even with premium liquor are in the $ 3-$ 4 range. There’s good food(the ribs, burgers, nachos, buffalo chicken sliders, and cheesesteak are pretty good), the drinks are strong, and the games here will give you a fantastic evening. This is a great place to watch boxing matches also(can we say FREE .99!!!) There’s also party rooms here for private functions. I don’t know how anyone can’t enjoy their time here.

Overall I would rate this place so so after many visits. They do have a nice food menu(even though tastewise iits also so so). I like the layout of the joint. Pool tables, a bar, restaurant, sports area, and arcade. If you want to play games you are forced to get a card and add credit. And of course valuewise the games are way overpriced.

Well not surprised to see this average three star rating! We went before the Alt-j show the other night. Awful! Several different men dressed well came by periodically to ensure we were happy but we weren’t. My daughter even noticed. Not interested in gong back. Find somewhere in Westport maybe.

Had a terrible experience both in the restaurant and at the bar! First we ordered a meal that had potatoes or salad or steamed broccoli as side options. We requested the broccoli and got potatoes. Then they fixed it and brought out raw broccoli. Then the waiter brought out a bigger drink than my friend ordered because«it’s your birthday!» But then charged her for the upgrade. She didn’t even drink 1⁄3 of the drink and didn’t really want the bigger one in the first place. When we asked, he just said that he had given her the bigger one and that’s the price. He went ahead and finally gave her the difference back. Then in the bar we ordered three fancy, expensive shots. The bartender only made two shots then remembered we ordered three, so he just evenly distributed the two amongst three shot glasses. So we got tiny little shots, but we’re still charged the full price. I was so disappointed with this experience I doubt I’ll go back. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars that do it right. This glorified arcade is not worth over paying for crappy food and skimpy drinks.

This is «the» place to go before any concert at the Amphitheater. Right around the corner, snack up and get ready to party! Large, well huge place that can handle about any size group or party. We are frequently checked on by the general manager and all the bar staff is quite engaging. They take care of you. I am not a gamer so no comment or review on the games side, but left the kids there for a week one time, and they enjoyed it! :)

Food is better at McDonalds. Service really lacked; slow food; server took away our fries before we were finished. Bathrooms were horrendous. This chain really is getting laughably bad. Even the entertainment/games pale in comparison to home video game consoles. Chuck E. Cheese beats them any day.

Ok food, really slow service! Wait staff seemed uninterested in providing timely service. Come and get appetizers and play games food not worth the wait.

I looove Dave & Buster’s! I always feel like I leave here every time knowing that I had a really good and fun time. Now don’t get me wrong, sometimes I feel like my pockets are emptied out too but oh man some of the games here are just really addicting. There are many games available but I think the most value would be to play the games that spit tickets out just because you can get a prize for it at the Winner’s Circle. The best prizes lately have been the free appetizer or dessert for about 750‑1000 tickets and besides that I always leave with a bag full of candy. Now, let’s talk about the food… I have to say that I enjoy eating here from time to time but it is very much hit or miss. Sometimes it’s spectacular but unfortunately most of the time it’s not. I’ve probably ordered the same items at different times and all I have to say is that it’s very inconsistent and even downright nasty on rare occasions. I wouldn’t come here thinking that the food will be awesome because then you will be severely disappointed. Just think that you are there to have fun playing games and maybe have a couple of drinks then maybe you will also have a 4 star experience like me. Weekends here can be insanely busy, like you can barely walk around and there are lines for some games busy. I would avoid coming on a Saturday if at all possible and maybe even a Friday. I think Wednesday is the best day to go just because the games are half priced all day and of course it’s less crowded. If you think you are going to be a repeat customer then definitely join their Rewards program so you can rack up as many points as possible and end up being rewarded for all the money that you will be going to spend.

The play is fun but the food is just ok nothing to rant and rave about. I got the chicken quesadilla(too much cilantro and green peppers cut too big). My honey got the apple pecan salad and liked it but he said they were short on the chicken. I guess it works for this kind of establishment it is. On a busy night, don’t plan to get great service. They’ll take your order, bring your food and about 2hrs later finally bring you your check. NOTHING in between. The drinks are normally pretty good. I always try something new.

So. the only reason I’ve giving 3 Stars is based on my visits over the last several years. My most recent visit wasn’t the best. I tried something new and it didn’t jive with me. This visit I tried the loaded tots and the fish and chips. Everything was far too greasy and unenjoyable. The fish had the bone down the middle… UUUMMMWHODOESTHAT! I typically go with chicken quesadilla and should have done so this time. The games here are always fun and satisfy the kid in me. Their Happy Hour drink specials are great…½ off all drinks. You just can’t beat a $ 2.50 drink. No food specials though.

Went to D&B before a concert and the food was awesome. Loved the Slider and Wings appetizer. Our server, Nikolai was great, very helpful with menu and drink suggestions and was very attentive. Great asset to this place. We will be back! Review originally written May of 2013

Overall atmosphere of this place is amazing! I only go on Wednesday to take advantage of the ½ price games, we normally do the combo play, and eat in the game room. So I’ve pretty much given up on the food, every time I come it gets worse than the last time. This last visit I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes, and macaroni n cheese. The steak wasn’t cooked to we’ll done like I asked it was medium well, I t was still delicious. The mashed potatoes were a small serving. The macaroni and cheese was flavorsless and dry. So I didn’t think the meal was appetizing. The prize room was a little empty. So our plan is to eat else where and then come here for the games.

Fun games, good bar type food, beer and fun wild child atmosphere lol. I honestly enjoy the food and games, good pave for a little hey together or birthday party.
