I rented a place with Douros and experienced tenant poor service and maintenance. The fixes (leaky plumbing, radiator, etc.) were never done in a timely manner. When I moved out of their property I was sent a ridiculously large bill for supposedly changing the locks (I did not). Please avoid using them.
