Tuesday I put my name in for a raffle some jordans that came out yesterday for my son. I was told winners would be called on Friday evening. On thursday evening when I got off work I noticed a missed call grom a strange # so I called it back and it was Finish Line in south county mall and the associate said her mgr decided to make the calls thursday instead of friday like they said when I got the raffle ticket. I asked to speak to the mgr because that did not seem ethical. After holding the line for over 6 minutes the mgr gets on the phone with a real«oh it sucks to be you» attitude and was really condescending when he said well here is corporates number, my name and the store number like he really didn’t think that I would follow through with my complaint. You could just tell this attitude has been tolerated by others. I was so upset that my son wasn’t going to get the shoes and the rest of his basketball team would have theirs. I put up a status about this on every sneaker group I’m a member of and on my instagram & facebook pages and asked everyone to keep sharing it. I received so many comments, call, text & inboxes from people I know and strangers saying how bad customer service is at Finish Line in general.

This is the time of the year to get a good deal on workout shoes. I got a pair of Reeboks on sale and then 30% off of the sale price. They also have BOGO on three pair of socks combo. What 6 pair for almost nothing. I got at the store at 10 am. The sales clerk will still opening up, I knew which shoes I wanted I just needed to decided on the correct size. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Great…

Cool staff great choice of foot gear, but not clothing. You can start you outfit with the right shoes here but you will not finish it here.
