I have medical conditions that require me to take a lot of medications and have been frustrated with pharmacies for years. The staff here are professional and friendly. They really care about you as a person and a customer. If I am too sick, they will deliver my medicine to me. They try to understand the issues that their customers face and help in any way possible. I will never go back to Wal-Mart, CVS or Walgreens again.
Some of my medications are controlled and hard to fill, even if they don’t carry them. They went out of their way to get them and keep them in stock just for me.

I would honestly give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I’ve been dealing with an awful Walmart pharmacy for a few years (one of the many pitfalls of small-town living) and when I was introduced to Gateway, I vowed to never go anywhere else. They’re friendly, responsive, efficient, and we NEVER run out of important medications. Generally, I don’t even have to call them for a refill — they call me first. Seriously THE best pharmacy I’ve ever used.
