Do not recommend especially if you have a pet. Lived there 3.5 years. At move out, I was not granted a walk through as requested multiple times, and then was charged almost $ 500 for complete apt carpet replacement(on top of my $ 350 deposit) for which I did not have pet stains and was never able to verify anything! They claim it’s their policy to replace the entire unit, but didn’t allow me to verify why it needed to be changed. My apartment was in great condition and my dog did not use the bathroom in the house. I’ve read many other reviews on various apartment sites claiming similar stories. The Villages took advantage of me and I will be taking necessary legal action to get my money back. Do not rent here unless you want to worry about them charging you hundreds of dollars unnecessarily when you move out. Was planning to go back in the fall but wouldn’t consider it at all now.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Los Angeles, CA
I had lived at The Villages for three years as a student at a nearby college. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with working on my lease agreement for the first time. They made sure I understood everything I was signing, and didn’t rush me at all. I lived in two different apartments, both came with new carpeting and linoleum and the second had brand new appliances. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. No popcorn ceilings! There is nothing janky in these apartments; everything is updated. The staff in the office is amazing. They hold packages, they remember your name and where you live and they do a good job of communicating with one another, just in case your go-to person isn’t available when you come in. The maintenance staff is a small group of hilarious, kind and wonderful people. The common area in the buildings are cleaned once a month, an exterminator is on the property every other Friday and is available free of charge, and the repair guys are awesome. If I put in a work order in the morning, they’ll be there in the afternoon. They came to my rescue when a bird found its way into my vent over my stove. The location is great. It’s not a terribly busy intersection in town and there are multiple escape routes to get off the property. The property wraps around a QT gas station so it’s handy to grab gas on your way out or a snack, and its a police substation so there’s always security around. Because of the location and affordable pricing, it’s attractive to college students and recent graduates. There are parties on the weekend and the guests do take up parking spaces, but you’ll feel safe walking around at night, and it’s only a three minute walk from one end of the property to the other. The Villages was a wonderful first apartment experience, and I’ve been spoiled by them. I wish they were in Los Angeles, so I can feel at home again!
