Would be nice if they actually answered their phone… Rang for 10 minutes and I gave up. Did they go out of business?

I give one star for the low prices. Other than that, their clothes are made from cheap material and don’t expect them to last very long. But most importantly, I encountered one of the rudest cashiers at Galleria Mall. Besides not greeting me nor making any eye contact, she outright insulted me! I did not catch her name but her cashier number was 68197.

Cheap prices but you get what you pay for. The clothes are cheaply made and the store is a mess. The customer service can’t get any worse than it is either! Shop here if you are a teenager. Otherwise, steer clear.

This is a poor excuse of a store for H&M. In my opinion it is the«red headed step child» of the chain. It has the poorest selection and variety of merchandise. Not to mention the worst customer service. My visit last week had me wondering if Kennelwood had not been there and installed an invisible fence around the check out counter. While I shopped, the only two associates I saw, stayed behind the counter discussing their previous night dates in a volume that could be heard in the middle of the store. I approached to ask a question and was given a short quick answer, «no». They then went back to their conversation. I then continued my shopping at another store in the mall.

It’s hard to find a place that has relevant styles at good prices. A plus for that! You do get what you pay for though, as most of my H&M clothes deteriorates much faster than anything else. As for this store, the selection can be messy and disorganized. I also had a woman ring me up that gave the most cold costumer service I’ve had in a long time. I don’t expect to be best friends with my cashier, but a genuine smile goes a long way! I know retail is exhausting, but it would be nice to be treated with a little more respect!

It’s not a bad place to shop – I’ve found a fair amount of cute stuff in here for a reasonable/affordable price. The quality isn’t the best but you get what you pay for, in this case. I actually found the West County location to be more accommodating… the employees were more helpful over there and they had a wider selection of clothing.

H&M is my store, yo. Only Target and random vintage shops rival H&M for most clothing space in my closet. The H&M at the Galleria is probably my third-favorite in the St. Louis area(after ChesterfieldVegasHellHole and West County), but it’s the one I frequent most due to its proximity to my downtown home and to Metrolink. I’m not a mall fan, but I’ll brave the hoards of annoying teenagers for yet another trek to find my favorite Division pants ever. Dresses, t-shirts, skirts — this where I come for casual, office and fancy-pants cute attire. They also have boy stuff, so when I need to drag my beloved or a guy friend into the store as I shop, they at least have a few things to look at. Compared to the other locations, though, the Galleria one is a little small, and the selection isn’t quite as good. There have been many times I’ve had to call Chesterfield or West County to have them hold something in my size(why the hell is EVERYONE a size 4 and 6?) because Galleria ran out. And the boy clothes just aren’t as plentiful here, and they have much smaller clearance sections. Another nitpick(and this goes for all H&M stores, not just this one): I hate the granny/80s trend. Seriously. I love half the store, but I don’t want to spend the rest of my time picking through Blanch Devereaux’s younger wardrobe. Let’s leave gigundous flowy sleeves and tiny flower prints in the past, shall we?

I don’t enjoy going to the mall. There. I said it. I used to love the mall and now, well, not so much. But… H&M I love. I love that I can buy cute stuff and it’s pretty inexpensive. I love that the stuff I get actually lasts. And I love that the clothes are cheap enough that I don’t feel guilty when I leave after buying 20 items of clothing! H&M is the only reason you will find me at the mall. I love it!

Jeff: I’m disappointed in the size of the men’s section. I wound up buying some underwear. As far as the mall goes… I would consider myself to be a connoisseur of beautiful African American women. Seeing as how I was at a mall in St. Louis Missouri my expectations were high but I was sorely disappointed. Chris: The men’s section was probably only 1⁄10th the size of the store with no sale rack. I was looking for some warmer clothes, but I didn’t find anything. I took Jeff’s recommendation and bought some underwear. Ryan: I’ve only wore boxers since 7th grade, but since Jeff swears by the H&M underwear I bought some to give it a shot. I haven’t tried them yet. I wanted to buy a belt but they only had size 36 and up, which I though was strange since everything else in the store is pretty small. Overall we like H&M but the men’s section was too small.
