Called and left a message on a Saturday about installing an exhaust fan in a bathroom. They called back promptly, took my information and said they would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. They called back on Wednesday and asked for the exact same information I gave them already. A week later they called me at 3 PM and asked how soon I could be at the house. They came over and looked the job over and told me they would send me the estimate. Five weeks later. I have not heard from them again.
