Ellen did an amazing job in helping us plan the layout of our invitations for our wedding. They had an extensive inventory of invites to choose from, but being the picky bride that I am I couldn’t find anything that I felt really expressed what I was looking for. Ellen was incredibly patient and insightful on how to keep us in budget but also create the New Years Eve wedding invitation theme I wanted. They turned out beautifully and I’ve gotten so many compliments on our invites. I would definitely recommend to others.

I had a very negative experience! I ordered special monogrammed helium balloons to be delivered to an event for my son’s bar Mitzvah and the woman (older lady) and her elderly husband kept telling me about thier medical ailments. Then the evening of the event my balloons were being delivered while my guests were already there!!! I was so embarrassed! I phoned them multiple times as I was watching more guests show up and they didn’t call me to say they were running late or even appologize when they got to the venue late. The owners are depressing looking and not motivated to make things right. After their huge mistake she should’ve given me the damn balloons for free. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone that asks me about their business how aweful they were. A disgrace!

They made the best invitations I’ve ever seen. Very professional (and patient) throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I really hate to do this since I love seeing small, family-​owned businesses succeed. However, my experience was such an extreme turn-​off that what was my first visit will also be my last.
I am in the beginning stages of planning my sister’s baby shower. The time to print and buy shower invitations is now upon me. Also, I’ve been the to sushi place next door a few times at night and always admire the gigantic giraffe in the window. I stopped in yesterday with my boyfriend to check out and get a price on the giraffe (baby present, hello!) and see what kind of invite printing/​customization they offer.
The employees were sitting in the back, talking to another customer about an order she had placed. There is a bell, and the place is not that big; they clearly saw and heard us walk in. We were given a quick glance, and that was it. We walked around for five or ten minutes, looking at the invitations and small children’s toys/​gifts that they had. We even were obviously looking at the giraffe and trying to look for a price tag! Still, no one said a single word to us or gave us a second glance. We left without making a purchase, and I will NOT be returning. It’s a shame, because they had several invites that I liked and obviously the giraffe I wanted to buy. Horrible, terrible customer service!

Ellen and Barry of Hi Ho Helio did an amazing job on our custom order save the dates and bridal shower invites for our wedding. They were truly stunning. They were a real pleasure to deal with and have very reasonably prices. In addition, Barry created a spectacular multi-​tiered cupcake stand for our wedding «cake.» Everyone was talking about it. Support this top notch local business which embodies customer service in the truest sense of the word.
