They DO have beautiful things in a lovely showroom! (At top prices.) Service in store was very good BUT they agreed to oversee the re-​plating of my toilet’s flushing lever and COMPLETELY dropped the ball! They delivered it to plating company and then never checked on it’s progress or completion. Very disappointing customer service from a company that I expected to deliver first rate service.

I am so happy to see such a beautiful, state-​of-​the-​art showroom in St. Louis. I have been to similar places in San Francisco and Chicago, but now we have a great selection (and great atmosphere) of plumbing supplies and kitchen/​bath fixtures, right here in our own backyard. The designers at Immerse were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products I inquired about, and showed me some cutting-​edge items that I have never seen before (aromatherapy shower). I love the Grohe products, and of course, the Toto products that I have always bought in the past (but always out of catalogs) — it’s so great to be able to physically see and touch these fixtures, right here! Kudos to Atlas for opening Immerse — thank you!
