Jack in the Box

Went for lunch today and was not impressed. Was greated at door by a drunk that was getting thrown out. No napkins at table. No space at table. Rude service. Another irate person came in yelling. Food was just ok.

The most apologetically slow fast food experience I’ve ever had. I stopped by before work today, giving myself an extra 20 minutes to get through the drive through, and I never got my food. They managed to spend the first fifteen minutes I had on the measly 2 customers in front of me, leaving the employees five minutes to manage to get their shit together and prepare my food at this lovely fast food establishment.
…and it didn’t happen. 20 minutes. Two other customers. Fast food. Seriously? In fact, by the time 20 minutes rolled around, nobody had even showed up at the window to so much as greet me or apologize for the wait, let alone let me know what the fuck the hold up was or how much longer it would be. Needless to say, I just left. Unlike the employees at this Jack in the Box, I couldn’t afford to be slow and make others wait.
I should have known better, and stuck with the Rock Road location.

I like jack in the box. The drive through window is usually fairly fast with friendly people.
This one doesn’t always put condiments in bag. Egg rolls are tasty, but without sauce, they are dry and bland.

I have never ever had bad service at this location. I go here all the time because it’s close to where I live and the employees are always super friendly. I was just there tonight at the drive through and the cashier had the most beautiful smile that was positively infectious. I strongly recommend this JITB, if not for the great food then for the amazing people working there.
