I didn’t realize the drama included with the initial review and I’m glad some found it amusing in any case, but since then that employee that threw the change at me, has been let go.

I have made countless visits to this drive thru, frequently late night after work.
Compared to most other late night fast food in the area, this Jack in the Box is on top. Location stays pretty busy, but food comes out hot and fast.

Once the employees opened their mouth the song «So hood» started playing in my head… The food was good but the employees definitely have room for improvement. We had jus finished a walk at the zoo so I asked for a water cup and got what equated to a styrafoam bathroom cup. really? our order had items mixed up with the person that oredered after us. Overall the service sucked.

Horrible customer service. Ask for 12 tacos no lettuce, get them home, all 12 tacos have lettuce. Call to let them know and have new made get hung up on, call back ask for manager and she is very rude. Go get tacos and they are talking about the phone call like I did something wrong not vice versa.

I hit Jack and the Box drive thru way too much to NOT review them so here goes… it’s fast, good menu selection and they are open LATE on the weekends. I generally get some ridiculously thick burger which always taste really fresh and of course fries. Fries are a big deal to me and Jack does them pretty well. That is the best I have for you this place.

this location of Jack in the Box has been one of the busiest ones in the city, and has been that way for at least 20 years. I have had great service at this store for an incredibly long time and continue to patronize it.
My favorite sandwich is the sourdough breakfast sandwich which is ham, egg, American and Swiss cheese, and let me tell you, the taste when these items are placed together is delicious!
With all the good things to say about this location I do have to mention that late night seems to be when issues arise, I think it’s due in part to management not being as strong as it is during the day shifts. With all those exceptions aside this still is the best location in the city…

Yes, Yes and Yes… driving through St. Louie MO, I found a real life «Jack and the Box.». Just like the one on Lake Street and Addison Rd, in Addison, Il in the late 70s and 80s. And yes they still have the deep fried greasy taco’s, Yum. I went in with camera in hand to document this historical event, «A real life Jack-​N-​the Box.» I ordered several taco’s to go and conducted a field interview of the staff to see if they were for real. They were and does this count as a close encounter of the fourth kind? I say yes, when are they returning to addison, Il, I asked. It was a big secret. I say FNNNNN –A… got to love the blast from the past… Lol

First Jack In the Box Experience
Jack In the Box is REALLY good! Too bad all we seem to get in MD are the commercials. I had the Sourdough Cheese-​Steak burger with onion rings… it was delicious! I’m surprised there aren’t more of these around the country or at least in the DC area. Well if there are any around you or where you’re visiting and you’ve never had it before, I would recommend giving it a try!

We needed breakfast before going to the Missouri Botanical Garden. This place was in the surrounding area. I had the Denver Breakfast Bowl which came with scrambled egg, hash brown, ham, and cheese. The meal was really heavy due to the cheese, but I liked the hash brown at the bottom of the bowl. I just checked the nutritional value and I consumed 720 calories for breakfast! @_@ Oh goodness.
The bathroom has to be unlocked from the cash register.
