Had a great experience every time I have been to the Crestwood location, for office visits and followups. The staff is very helpful and the doctor is very intelligent and observant. I am particular with my eyes and everyone was very patient.

I’m the type of person that always goes to a different general doctor and always a different eye doctor. Why? Because I’m never SO impressed that I feel like sticking with one. Until now!
First, I love that I could make a reservation for an appointment online and was able to get in that same day (unlike Target). Hello handy! Second, every person that assisted me (3 people) went out of their way to be friendly and helpful to me (being attentive to me, understanding about eye problems, and trying to get me the best price). I actually thought «These people are awesome, I want to work here!»
It wasn’t just that they were polite and professional, it was that they were FRIENDLY. Such a big difference. I think I’d gotten used to most eye care centers being just average… and now I’ve seen the light.
