The best. Just recently I was stranded in St Charles with a mechanic that wanted to gouge me. Loop saved me almost $ 400 and hooked me up with an amazingly inexpensive tow back to Saint Louis from Eddie’s Towing. Plus, Loop fixed more issues with my car than the shop in St. Charles wanted to, and surely Loop performed the superior job. Full confidence with Felix and his team.

The cars on the lot were dirty as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The interiors of the cars weren’t well kept either. Anyways, I went in looking for a 4 door sedan, and The guy there kept trying to put me in a mini van! Filled out an application for financing and I had to go so I asked the guy to call me. Didn’t even bother to give me a call back. I will never go here again!

I’ve been using these guys for routine maintenance for over 10 years — I wish they were still in the Loop — but either way, Loop auto has never tried to pull one over on me. From time to time I will try a different mechanic that is more conveniently located, and inevitably the charges will be 3, 4, 5 times more than what I spend at Loop auto. Extremely low-​pressure sales, they just tell you how it is, and I’ve even brought in for problems that I thought were going to cost hundreds and they just make a quick adjustment for free and its fixed. If you need a good honest shop, this is the place.

Very honest, good mechanics! They will tell you the truth about what needs to be done on your car and not let you leave without being aware of what needs to be done. I have gone to them for oil changes as well as new brakes. I recommend them highly!
