I was introduced to Marconi’s after buying fresh meat at a local deli on The Hill (the deli had a fresh loaf in a bag on their countertop and they graciously allowed me to purchase it, noting it was from Marconi’s). I had never tried Marconi’s but holy cow… they have to most AMAZING and fresh «crusty loaf” – very moist and fluffy inside and not too crusty/​crunchy on the outside!!! I must admit I ate the entire loaf that day/​evening with and without meat and it was amazing in taste and texture! I highly recommend trying it and will return again! This will be the bread I serve on Easter to accompany my dei tray and dinner!
