Car was picked up late. Promised to be delivered the next day. Never heard from the driver. He then thought it was appropriate after me calling headquarters and finally getting a call that it was OK to deliver the car at 9−10pm at night in the dark. Worst customer service ever and not up to standards. Don’t ever use them for shipping your car! Save yourself the agony and pain! They must think people have nothing better to do than wait days for them to keep saying they are coming etc. Nuts!
