I walked in and asked about getting a ring tightened. They advised they should use epoxy glue to help keep the stone and sterling silver together. They promised a week or less. I called 4 days later just to check the status and it was actually done, they just forgot to call me. When I got there, the curly brunette hair lady helped me. She brought my ring to me and I immediately saw the epoxy on the sides of the prongs on the stone. I can only describe as it looked dirty. I asked her why that looked dirty? She was appalled I even said that. She took it back to her son to get it fixed, they took chemicals to remove the epoxy. The first time she came back it was still there, and almost didn’t believe me when she took her magnify glass out to look again. She took it back to her son and he remove more, looked better but still dirty looking. I got home and looked at the stone, it’s actually placed on one side more than the other and one prong was lifted. Just not centered whatsoever. I very disappointed, I would not come back here as they did a very crappy, or sloppy job. She did seem very welcoming either. I thought going to a family owned business they would do a good job, but in fact I was wrong.
