Paper Patch

It pains me to write this review and I’m somewhat conflicted on how many stars to give. We ordered our invitations through Paper Patch and due to a mix-​up with shipping, they took over 6 weeks to arrive. Due to the delays our invitations were sent out very late. We were given a discount which was nice and I know Claudia felt terrible, so we moved on and decided to give them another shot and do our wedding programs. Well, they spelled my name wrong on the Program… Even though they did our Invitations and had the paperwork with my name clearly spelled, it was wrong. There was nothing they could do unfortunately, and no discount was offered?! I paid and everyone at the wedding noticed. Very embarrassing. I hate giving a poor review to anyone, but I have a hard time recommending Paper Patch after my experience.

I had to handle ordering my rehearsal invitations from out of town. Not only was the owner of Paper Patch extremely helpful in selecting perfect invites to match my theme, she took time to go over the wording and caught a major error on my part. I was so happy with my experience that I’ve told all my friends about this little gem. They in turn have been very satisfied with Paper Patch and their wide selection. If you need attention to detail that’s the place to go!

If there were 0 stars that is what they would get. I ordered stationary for my
JULY! I was told it would take 2 weeks… 4 weeks later and still no call. I left town and called 5 weeks from my order asking where my stationary was– they said they forgot to call me that there was a spelling mistake and they needed to re order.
It is now September and they still hadn’t called so I stopped by. My stationary was there but was wrong. Not anything like what I ordered. The woman who ordered it didn’t apologize and told me I ordered it wrong.
She said we could re order… re order and deal with 3 more months of this?! I think not. I will never go here or recommend this to anyone. God forbid I had wedding invitations or something more important.
You are better off ordering online or going to paperwarehouse. What a terrible experience.
I love giving the extra buck to the mom and pop shop but this place won’t be getting my business ever again.
