Pizza Hut

Man this place is bad I called up here twice to place an order they put me on hold never picked the phone up so I drove up there just to find out they had 3 people in the building. This is bad I called in to keep from having to wait then they didn’t have the special I wanted .Man I swear… if I could give no stars I would I talk to the manager Alec he took care of me so this turned out pretty good

Once again, a hideous experience, Two days ago I ordered online a pizza to be delivered. When it arrived, it was absolutely inedible. I ordered the Sirachia drizzle. It arrived swimming in the stuff. I used 3 strong paper towels and still need more to sop it up from the top, only to discover that the entire crust was inundated with it. I actually gagged trying to eat 1 piece of it. It’s going into garbage pickup come Monday morning. I immediately called the store and the manager gave me a credit for the amount of the pizza, including tax and delivery fee. That’;s fine and right. Today I ordered pizza of my choice (no S sauce ever again), only to be disappointed when the pizza was a half hour late arriving. Somehow they thought i ordered it for tomorrow, not today, and they refused to make one right then to deliver to me. How on earth do these places stay in business when you can’t make a delivery pizza at 5:30 on a Saturday evening??? This establishment needs to be closed down.

I visited this Pizza Hut today and asked for extra sauce on both my pizzas. Not only was the extra sauce not listed on my receipt, there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. The pizza crust was also drenched in butter. I will not be attending this location in the future.
